if you use firefox. there is a application add/on called download helper you can use to capture content from these sites. and the best part?

it comes with a very comprehensive list of sites, both g and x rated and those in between.

There are tons of apps for downloading content from all manner of video sites. Costco even named on in their propaganda magazine this month.
