Start with toothpaste. A dab about half the size of a pea to start. The menthol is the ingredient in most of today's creams that cause a nice tingle and increased sensitivity. As you are probably aware, there are tons of products out there that supposedly increase clitoral pleasure, containing a variety of ingredients (most commonly L-Arginine, which is purported to increase blood flow). We've tried a bunch and keep returning to toothpaste and you get the added benefit of fresh breath. Totally serious. If you send us an e-mail with your information, we'll send you a sample of one of the more popular creams on the market.

Has your girlfriend spent any quality time alone with a Magic Wand vibrator? If not, perhaps she should give that a try before you declare that her clitoris "is not nearly as sensitive as it should be."

Quote: thanks for the feedback! is that the hitahi magic wand your speaking of?
Yes, the Hitatchi Magic Wand. The Walh is also good; it produces a high frequency/lower amplitude vibration that my wife prefers.
I've always been particial to the Panabrator by Panasonic, and have used it to show at least a dozen women who thought they couldn't have orgasms that they were wrong (in some cases very, very wrong.) The Panabrator is no different than the Magic Wand. The made a very nice cordless model, but it doesn't seem to be available these days.
The key is to LET THE POOR GIRL ALONE with the thing. You didn't have someone lording over you while you were learning to jerk off, did you?
Good luck!

nelson74 Hi there a couple of quick thoughts. As Tony says learning to masturbate and self pleasure is important for a girl. You mentioned olive oil, haven't used it myself but I imagine it would be fine, there are many personal lubricants on the market that will increase your girlfriends' pleasure. The silicone based ones tend to stay very slippery for a long time.I imagine that Freddy probably has some sample packs around?
There was some wonderful research that came out of Holland recently that went to great lengths to explain that sexual response in women is something that is and can be learnt. That is, the nerve pathways between the brain and the genitals need training. Train away, I say. My personal philosophy on that is the more you do it the better you get at it!
Just on the vibrator stuff, I think they are fine, even great but personally if I'm playing solo,I still need my head to be turned on if I'm going to orgasm and for me that generally means a fave fantasy or reading something explicitly erotic. Maybe your girlfriend might like to explore in that direction too.
Relax and have fun,you never know when an orgasm will sneak up on you!

Quote: As for vibrators, go with the Eroscillator.
Did you know that the Eroscillator (endorsed by none other than Dr. Ruth!) is a hot-rodded electric toothbrush? Hold it side by side with your Sonicare and you can't help but see the resemblance.
Of course women have been using electric toothbrushes on their clits for years. It's surprising someone didn't come up with the idea of a purpose-built model soon!
