B and I went to the Sandals Ocho Rios resort in Jamaica in March 2005 for spring break, and had an awesome time. As we needed to relocate immediately after we married (October 2005), we never had a chance to take a honeymoon. We're planning on going in October 2008, for our third anniversary, so we have about a year and a half to plan.

We're thinking of going to another Sandals, probably Whitehouse or Negril, which are both on the western side of Jamaica. We chose Jamaica, because the airfare isn't an arm and a leg, plus we loved it the first time.

As a little more background, we love the all-inclusive format, so we're really not looking at a traditional "pay for hotel room and buy everything else as you go" honeymoon. We're content to relax by the beach and pool, screw like bunnies, go for spa treatments, play some sports, snorkel, and not necessarily venture off of the resort. We also liked the "adults only" aspect of this particular chain.

Has anyone been to a Sandals (or even Beaches, they're the family-friendly resorts in the chain) that they loved? Or another all-inclusive they'd like to share about?

Good to know, T-Rex, I really appreciate the input. How long ago did you go? Did you ever go to the Beaches for the day or for a meal or anything?

Sandals at Whitehouse is in the middle of nowhere, Negril is unbeatable .... don't restrict yourself to All Inclusives, stay on the Cliffs and learn to swim without clothes ...

FINALLY!! We just booked our "honeymoon" (yeah, 3 years later, but who cares ) for next April. We've decided to go to Sandals Whitehouse after all, and our travel agent had two relatives go there recently and they both LOVED it! We're so excited, it'll be great to have something to look forward too

Great Choice. We were married at Sandals Nigril. We loved it.

We will go again next year for our 10 year.
Differnt resort of course.
