At Freddy's insistence (and because I forgot my blog password at home) I will be blogging the Erotica LA experience here on the boards this weekend.

The show starts tomorrow, but the fun began yesterday when I arrived! Today has been spent running errands, but the evening was a blast over at the Bonkmaster's house eating a fantabulous dinner with him and his ever beautiful (and sweet) girlfriend... not to mention Mr. Sax (who I still think needs to get HIS butt onto the boards).

It's always enjoyable to get around Freddy and Bonkie, because no one but those two will get a word in edgewise. They always have such interesting things to say, and it's an experience just being around them.

Tomorrow we head over to the convention center, get set up, and then prepare for the throngs of attendees. I'm sure the whole show from start to finish will be a hell of a ride, and I can't wait to take pictures and share it all with you.

Now I SWEAR I posted yesterday's antics last night, but apparently I didn't, so here's last night's post (repeated as well as I can remember it) and then if I'm still conscious I'll get today's done as well.

Tied and Flogged

Well, it was an amazing day. After running around like chickens with our heads cut off for several hours before the show even started, we sprinted into the show just as it was opening to the public and began feverishly setting up the booth. Luckily we managed rather spectacularly and had it mostly presentable by the time the throng of people really hit.

The evening itself was a success; people loved the booth, loved the concept of this site and the new shop, and were only too happy to try the small selection of the toys we had with us. Of course, they'll love them as much as we all do, and that's what it's all about, isn't it?

I met scifi and we really enjoyed chitchatting in between booth visitors. I also got to pop over to the Erotic Museum's huge exhibit and enjoyed a demonstration of rope bondage complimentary of JT's Stockroom's Monk and Griffin. Of course, the best part was being the one getting tied! The Museum also had a dominatrix hanging out and flogging people, and I was not about to miss that opportunity! Thankfully, she was going nice and easy on people...

Some neighbors of ours have turned out to be recent college graduates that majored in photography, and they've oh-so-nicely agreed to build their experience by stopping into the show and taking some digital pictures of the booth and show. Hopefully we'll get those real quickly to share with you.

Finally, the show was over and we saw the last of the crowd for one day. Packing up the booth took a little bit as people kept stopping on their way out, but we eventually got it done and headed back here for some much needed sleep and ibuprofen for sore backs and feet.

To think, that was a short day!!!

As far as Erotic Shows go -- I personally thought F&E's booth was well received. I had fun too.

I just have to say a giant "THANK YOU" to the best gals ever; Celt , Scifi and Jenn . We couldn't do it without you. Having 3 wonderful and talented women in our booth chatting up our website couldn't make Freddy and I more proud. You all know our site inside and out, and we couldn't have left it in better hands. We thank you with fond hearts and with the great appreciation.

You missed record crowds- over 40,000 in attendance to this show beating it out over forty percent than last year.

Lots of pornstars too, it seemed less of an overall show than last year meaning less vendors and more open booths, but more people. Interesting huh.

I heard from lots of vendors that they did really well there this year. Good for all of you. Especially FreddyandEddy of course.

Hey your not the only struggling artist, inventor!

Okay, I'm officially ALL the way home from the huge trip that included Erotica LA.
